Lo-Fi Wines Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay SBC 2019 12x750ml 2019 Case Size:12 full and ethereal reminiscent ofCalifornian orange with made with minimalist intervention. 2 weeks of maceration on each of the grapes, 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay. Moderately tannic amber wine with highlighted green tones from Sauvignon skins and a rathe full body of the Chard. Native yeast fermented, full malolactic conversion. No filtering and only a pinch of added sulfites.
