The nose is pleasant with notes of ripe red fruit; hints of spice and vanilla. Very pleasant balance between structure and volume. Fruit aromas blend elegantly with woody notes. Good ageing; it can be left to age longer to appreciate its qualities. Pair with mushroom toast; oven roasted duck or even for pork knuckle with lentils.
