The nose has much more definition than previous vintage and gives us sweet ripe black cherries, bilberry and violets. The palate is sweet, ripe and elegant with a lovely poise and tension, certainly the best Croft since 1966! With very ripe tannins and black cherries, bilberry, cassis and good minerality that comes with the finish.
