The Mizurana Oak must be at least 200 years old before if is able to be worked into barrels at the cooperage. Kaiyo means 'ocean' in Japanese and this is fitting as, after maturing in Japan, it undergoes a sea voyage to the UK where it's bottled. Floral honeyed nose with fresh fruit, hints of nutmeg and clove. Long spiced wood finish.
