Ultra thin nylon extrusions are cut, mixed, blown, carded, twisted, and spun to mimic natural fibers. The resulting calendered panama weave fabric is lighter and stronger than natural fabrics. The garment dyeing process, due to uneven penetration into the calendered fabric, lends a marbled look to the surface. Features vertical entry
