Snow Ridge Cabernet Franc Icewine Niagara Peninsula (Case only) Size:375 ml 30% Merlot and 10% AglianicoVarietals: 100% Cabernet Franc Tasting Notes: Light ruby in colour with a striking bouquet of red berries and exotic spices. The palate follows through with rich and concentrated flavours of sweet cherries, strawberry and raspberry jam, that are balanced by a lively acidity. This wine provides a great harmony between sweetness and spice. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food Pairing: Excellent on its own or when paired with rich foods like foie
