Hypnosis (new to me) is a wonderful tool/path, but I know it is YOUR positive approach and insight that makes all the difference
Thats the first reaction your body has when your eyes open, arms coming to push your upper body into a sitting position, Your eye's search the room, your bedroom shoulders dropping as you hiccup, sliding the covers off of your legs and slipping to the edge of your bed, "Babe," Billy grumbles against the pillow next to you, your movement pulling his arm away from your waist, "Whatre you doing?" You're silence pulls him out of his slumber, head lifting at the broken sob you had released, hand covering your mouth to muffle the cry, "Hey," Billy sits up, hand at your arm and gently tugging you towards him, "Hey, baby, whats wrong?" "It's-it's completely stupid," You press your hand to your eye, body choking on hiccups that stuck in your throat, "A-A nightmare," "Its obviously not stupid if it woke you up and has you crying," Billy cups your face, thumb drawing over your cheek, "Hey, baby doll, look at me," Your now blood shot eyes meet his, soft and blue and only that way for you, "Its okay, yeah?" His hand slips to your hair, "I got you, no more nightmares, alright?" You lean into his tank topped chest, his arm looping at your upper back, bringing you ba ck under the covers, against his chest, You exhale heavily, eyes shutting in exhaustion, Billys free hand moving hair from your sweat stained forehead, that pressed to his chest in search for protection
The reality is that it is delivering a harmful substance into the lungs
