L'Aujardiere Fie Gris 2017 Bottle:12 This Chardonnay with a clearAn intense and impressively layered federspiel (the middle classification of ripeness at harvest in the Wachau), nicely balanced between fruit extract in the white peach and white grapefruit spectrum, and sprightly acids. Notably lighter and more vibrant than the usually deep and ripe Pichler style, with very good length and depth. Another fine wine from this regional leader for enjoyment over the next half dozen years or so.
