Distilled the traditional way, using grain spirit as its base, this juniper forward gin is infused with seven botanicals using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion. The flavour profile has a uniquely South African twist lemon pelargonium adds bright lemon notes and rosemary gives it a rounded herbaceousness. Bottled at 43%.
