It often brings balance and finesse. The nose is straightforward, moderately intense, smooth and very delicate, with typical aromas (grape, plum, quince) and more surprising ones (fresh cane, cane sugar). This Blanche is dry, without sweetness, silky and still very delicate. Beautiful aromas of bitter almond, vine flower and
