She is one of the Vanir, the family of gods that share Asgard with the Aesir, and is also associated with cats, two of which pull her chariot. As a goddess of war, Freya takes half of those slain in battle, who go to her realm, Flkvangr, to live in her hall, Sessrmnir. Our design depicts Freya with a sword, to show her role as a war god, and wearing her cloak
