Terre di Maté, Cortese "L'anfora" Gavi, Piedmont, Italy 2022 femalewinemaker Brecciarolo is Velenosi’s flagship wine100% Cortese from organic vineyards in Gavi. Intense golden color, the nose is reminiscent of chamomile, dried herbs and nuts. The mouthfeel is intense, rich and salty, with a slight bitter almond like finish. The extended skin maceration provides a soft tannic texture. This is made in 700L amphora with 6 months of skin contact and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
