This blend of Nebbiolo is fermented with a portion of whole cluster and is pressed via wooden basket before being aged in old Slavonian oak barrels. This is the elegant, detailed, and high toned side of Nebbiolo a wine of considerable beauty and an ethereal feel from a grower quickly approaching cult status.
