It projects the intensive energy of the volcanic soil it grows on. There is a great concentration of aromas, among them fresh fruit, mainly red berries, but also more jam like maturity. In the mouth there is an optimal balance between acidity and tannins. Strawberry and blackberry, pomegranate, liquorice, cocoa, violet dominate. Then comes tobacco,
